Sorry, I couldn’t help but start this running blog without using that phrase!
Marathon Intervals will be a mix of personal and professional running news – my own adventures in the world of marathoning and my hunger to report on developments in the marathon and running world. I’ll offer insights, race reports, sports science, news and analysis and hope to bring you something unique. Just as interval training is a mix of short, fast bursts and a chance to recover in the rest period, Marathon Intervals will have that mix of hard hitting news and more social, relaxed conversation.
As for me, I’m an average to below-average runner but full of enthusiasm. I am really satisfied with my shorter distance times but have yet to run my perfect race over the marathon distance. Enough about me though, let’s get this thing off and running!
